Overall, my experience at the Omni Parker House was quite enjoyable, with attentive staff and a beautiful setting that captures the historical essence of Boston. The spacious suite provided great comfort, though the bathroom could use some improvements. Room service was mostly on point, but there were slight hiccups. Additionally, the bar scene added to the charm, making it a great spot for a relaxed evening, despite some room updates being necessary.
I had an overall good experience at this hotel with a fantastic location near many historical sites and attractions in Boston. The charm of the hotel and its rich history really added to the atmosphere of my stay. However, I did face some issues with the bed comfort and temperature control in the room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The dining options were a bit pricey and did not match my expectations for value considering the quality.
